We stayed for 2 weeks and from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and the front desk staff came and helped with luggage, explained everything about room, WiFi and breakfast and this level of service continued throughout our stay. The lovely cleaning lady would knock every day to see if anything needed changing. The location was excellent 5 minute walk and you were at the ferry port, metro and bus station. We would like to thank all the staff for their excellent service

The location is very good, in a few minutes walking distance from the metro and ferry station. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was very good, a variety of options were available. And the most important thing to me: the hotel and the room was very clean and was cleaned every day during our 5-night stay.

Everything was at a high level. The best hotel where I stayed in Istanbul. Location. Availability of transport. A delicious breakfast. Good staff. Thank you for our holiday in your hotel. We'll be back.
